Thanks for checking, Olivier. 

Edgar has been moving on the German translation of the Manual so I guess
that is at a similar level of completeness now. 

It's up to Martyn or Vaughan to look at or object to the change; I tested it 
works. If they say nothing, then I guess it's a nicer experience for the 
user than going to the English page and continually clicking on the French 
flag, so I'm OK on committing it.
