At the moment, the Glossary item and the link to it from the Effect Menu page says "DC Offset" which is consistent with the Glossary; but not consistent with "Normalize" or its Manual page which says "DC offset". Personally I think the latter reads poorly when used in text so I'm +1 on raising it on http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Wording . I'm still a bit hesitant to throw a lot of text in there on what already may be a complex page for someone new to digital audio. And it's VST support on Linux, not in Audacity, which is what the Manual is about. As a compromise, I've relinked http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Effect_Menu#VST_Effects to the Wiki page on VST instead of Wikipedia (which is consistent with the Audio Unit section underneath). If you want to discuss it further, can we do it on the talk page: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Talk:Effect_Menu ?
