EXPERIMENTAL_SCOREALIGN is not defined by default, so only someone who can compile Audacity can turn it on. @Roger (who I've Cc'd), is it possible to add some i18n comments to effects/ScoreAlignDialog.cpp to help translators? For example, translators often ask what "Presmooth time" means. All that could be done would be for a translator to translate the .ny files and then we would make them separately available for download. Translating the .ny files needs care so as not to break the plug-in. However I think James has plans to work on making Nyquist effects translatable.
