For now, the English manual downloads with the Mac executable or the
Windows installer, but not with the Windows .zip version. The English
manual, alone, can also be downloaded separately from FossHub.
New in version 2.2.0, many dialogs have a "?" button that causes your
browser to open, either to a local or an online manual page. You can
choose which in Interface Preferences.
We do not yet have any provision for linking to the manual for other
locales. We do not yet have any complete manuals in other languages, and
if we did, keeping those up-to-date would be very difficult. There is a
much more material there than for program messages!
