Hello Morten, I have been working on the German translation for a few years.
I have approached this translation in such a way that the user who chooses this translation understands German and wants to read German text. If the user had been a professional, would he have chosen the German translation at all? Since I do not work in the music industry, I am not particularly familiar with special translation conventions there. However, I am German and I know everyday German and computer language. So if you say that some texts should under no circumstances be translated from English, it is probably better to use the original text instead of a German one that does not fit well into the audio world. I could offer to send me the texts that should remain English and I would then update the translation file with them. Otherwise, you can of course change it yourself, but I think the first option will probably make more sense in terms of the overall stringency of the translation. Joachim Am Mi., 15.
