Re: Windows 10 Anniversary Update Accessibility
yeah, it should. I'm actually a little worried about the future of File Explorer, as it's now called. I read an article which stated that Microsoft plans to make File Explorer a universal app.
I would bet that this is to stop people from modifying it, the way we can now, with things like ribbon Disabler, old new Explorer or Classic Shell. I don't mind not having Classic Shell, but I absolutely despise ribbons. Tasks that used to only require a keystroke or two, or at most a brief look through the menus, are pretty much impossible to do with ribbons. So I hope Microsoft reconsiders this, because I would really not be happy if I'm forced to use ribbons. Besides that, with UAC disabled, you can't run any of the universal apps. That means I'd have to turn UAC back on, yuck. Ain't nobody got time for constantly telling your computer that yes, I am perfectly capable of handling copying and moving files, thank you very much, I don't need Wind ows to hold my hand and blather on about permissions every single time.
