I would suggest that you perhaps think about looking at how to add things into the game before you start canvassing for players, as people will want missions, new things to build and buy, or need coding alterations to change some of the in game conflicts that might arise, heck like Vandeta Crime you might even have to make some access fixes too since not %100 of all all browser games is accessible, even when the game is written in standard text for the most part (this can especially be true with starmaps and such).
Indeed, since people, including myself have had rather major issues with a lot of the standard minimax and one click battle type of empire building game usually available and would want something with more dynamics and interest, the potential is here to create some of the things we've always wanted in such a game, eg, a population who do more than just statically increase resources, game events to deal with, npcs to fight, missions to do, planets and new locations that have more about then than just resource production etc, however manifestly such things will take modification of the game code to add.
So great potential with this one I think provided you can get the php to behave.
