Yeah this would be a great resource!
I just hope that other people help you out, so your not all on your own. This is an ambitious project...
I'd suggest using any communication methods you can to find other blind XBox players that could be interested in helping contribute.
And shop it around to any accessibility sites that you think might be interested too, CBT and BB for instance.
