I don't really think we should even be giving clones like this the time of day. But this is the reason that you haven't been warned or cautioned, at least thus far. You are not redistributing the clone, even though you are indirectly supporting it by wanting to talk about how good it is.
Speaking personally, I don't know what the big deal about such games is.
Also every time I see The Killer abbreviated TK, it irks me, though I'm not sure why.
