Really, Urh, really/ You weren't distributing a clone, this much is true. But it's this support, if even a thin layer of support, that may ultimately lead to more clones as these people are attention-vampires, otherwise why would they keep making these clone topics? They feed off responses, so any show of support, even a slight one, will get them going. Please, kindly cut it out!
I'm sure once people switch to Python this cloning shit will ultimately die. And no, this is not a BGT bashing session in any way, but the reality is that the simplicity makes it easy for these cloners to do what they do, even if it isn't necessarily BGT's fault. Even if BGT were paid it would be harder for all of these clones to come up in quick succession, as cloners who sprung up would probably be presumed to be pirating BGT as well so they'd probably be banned on a double offense. Or if the games were made in Python, the people would lose their shit over the installation of requirements, and trying to get the damn thing compiled.
