@113, Oh! So cloning -- as defined by, say, Wikipedia -- isn't illegal, so it therefore makes it right in this instance? As Linus Torvalds once said in his many messages about microkernel development and why it was a bad idea (over here)... BZZT! Wrong! Copying the idea -- in mainstream communities -- is perfectly fine. But copying it in this community is not purely because the community is so small and uniqueness is required. Liam and I had an interesting debate in another topic (this one). Go read that and find out what we both said!
Please, stop attempting to form reality into your own universe; it won't work. We are talking about the deliberate act of copyright violation, not of cloning ideas.
