Hi Matt. @Mitch I have solved the issue on the Mac which I'll explain in this post.

The game is really great and very well made. The website mentions an audio drama mode. Is that the audio game mode, or should there both be an audio game mode and an audio drama mode in the main menU?
Regarding the alt/option key to access the graphic settings:
I don't know why, but on my Windows, I need to hold down the shift key for this window to come up. On my Mac, it's the option key.
There is indeed a serious issue in the Mac version, which I hope you'll be able to solve.
The files inside the .app binary do not have all the rights it needs to run. This can be fixed in the following way, but this is quite geeky for some people:
1. Copy the application to your downloads folder. That'll make it much easier for you, if you aren't experienced in using the terminal.
2. Launch the Terminal on the Mac.
3. You will be in your user folder. Type: "cd downloads" and press return.
4. Type the following command. Either copy it or read it character by character, because you need to type it exactly as it's written without the quotes:
"sudo chmod - R + x bulwark_v1.0_mac.app"
and then press return.
5. Enter the password for your user account and then press enter.
6. Quit the terminal by pressing command q.
7. Back in the Finder, locate the game, and press VO shift M to bring up the context menu, and then choose open.
8. YOu'll now get a dialog box saying that the app is not signed and blah blah blah. Choose Open and the game will launch.
I hope that'll work for other Mac users as well, and I hope that'll be fixed in an update.
