@simba, try two fingers swipe down. If you can't do it, swipe left or right with threee fingers until VA announced notifications, off, then switch it to on, the notification panel will open automatically.
@54, the option to turn Braille keyboard on is in Setting> Accessibility> TalkBack> TalkBack settings> virtual braille keyboard.
