God points 60 and 61, this is what is keeping us from just saying screw it and allowing distribution - even though they probably don't have the resources to take anyone to court over it, the law is still the law. I think the thing we need to remember here that doesn't necessarily make us special, but is something to consider, is the fact that there are no publishing agencies here. There is only an individual entity. So is the company closing its doors necessarily by choice? Most likely not, but was it a choice to screw over customers who had actually bought the game by basically vanishing? Absolutely. By not implementing a contingency plan, they had, whether directly or otherwise, choose to slam the door on the ass of customers who had bought the game should the need to close operations arise.
I'm tempted to just say let's just toss the damn games, but audiogames games are not disposable and these games weren't all that bad.
