Ursinearator's only 100% accurate moves are blaze punch and ooze blast, which it gets too.
And it gets toxic storm, yes, but not poison ball. And if you ever wanted to use ursinearator as a physical attacker, just add sludge hammer, which is 100% accurate too, and there you go. But as this won't hapen on manamon2...
Turoison can get prety mean with downpour and deluge though, but still toxic storm. I should also point that there's that ability (storm drain), aparently turoison only, which heals it during rain.
Combined with rehydrate, that could be some great staying power.
