That's because they copied the theory of socialism mechanically and did not consider the issue in light of the national conditions.
The cultural background and ideology of each country are different. How can we directly apply the theory of socialism by copying it? It must be improved to find a set of socialist theories and development models that suit its own national conditions.
Theory can only be used as a reference. We must absorb what is helpful to us and use what is in line with our own conditions. We must use theories selectively, and at the same time we must advance with the times to improve them.
For example, everyone is different. Everyone can learn mathematical theory, but some people are good at understanding geometric figures but not good at algebra.
Some people are good at algebra but not good at geometric figures. This is the difference in thinking.
