Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on any of these, but I'll go through all the types and rank what I'm pretty sure is the fastest of each.
Standard: Ratiera
Fighting: Remullion
Earth: Terruffalo
Ghost: Sylphantom
Shadow: Sirenea
Water: Arctana
Plant: Guerrerrol
Undead: Skeletone
Ice: Arctana
Holy: Myaneko
Dragon: Glimerodo
Air: Ghoperto
Stone: Bulderdash
Steel: Mantasteel
Poison: Ratiera
Magic: Chimerus
Sound: Rythmond
Flame: Vultair
I am almost certainly wrong on a couple of these, but I imagine I've got more wrong than right here.
Short answer to your question is that I think the fastest earth type is Terruffalo. Leonatar may be faster. Grandlan, Craggalem and Wavotamus are slower for sure, as are Lamgurk, Banyardan (though it's fairly quick) and Alluppig (which may actually be slower than Pandourbit, all things considered).
