If by creation you mean construction of the pages etc then that's relatively fine. It's just making sure I have not only enough space etc, but also an easy way of accessing it from anywhere as I might need to add/modify on the go etc.
Hopefully you can provide more information later.
I know several forum members like robjoy use chyrp, which seems to only run on lynux but I'm not exactly sure. If anyone could confirm this then it would be useful, as those kinds of platforms actually look ok in some respects.
