As long as it's just static files, you just need software for your platform that creates so-called "Buckets" in S3 that match the DNS name of your entity, and then point a CNAME record to that bucket. A bit harder if you put CloudFront in, but not that much harder. Now you modify your bucket contents, as appropriate. That's really it.
I realise now that as a user of command-line tools more than anything, I will need to defer to some Windows user (are you on Windows?) for the relevant help using S3 there. But that's really about the shape of it.
