Re: any recommendations for website hosting that isn't paid?
I am indeed on windows.
The only reason I don't quite like the idea of these services is that you do have to pay. Not that I'm against paying for anything, I simply just want to test out getting a site up and running, being able to control the content as and when I see fit.
The issue as well is that there are so many dodgy looking web hosts that whilst appearing to offer free websites will make you pay for things later. This is why I wanted suggestions and ideas. The worst part is that the only "accessible web host" I could find at least is
this one
, which is apparently only available to those in the U.S.
I might edit this post later to reflect any additionaly thoughts.
