I am not trying to be clever, but should you use whichever sounds best to you?
Look at it as follows. The DACs in both machines have to cost less than $100. If you had a high end Yamy Z9 or something the answer would be more obvious. An external DAC is also an upgrade option. For now, it must be pretty simple to do a A-B comparison between the analogue and digital outs and TELL US which sounds best?!
