Good job confirming U5=Vcc and U8=Vdd. As you say though, it'd be nice to see where they get their feeds. I remember an old post where Sean reported an improvement with analogue output when powering the SB2 DAC with superRegs. Unfortunately, the details are no longer available on seanadams.com.
