Correct I should have been clearer. I don't care about the DAC in the squeezebox. And yes I'm effectively running an External DAC (they are in the speakers). I didn't follow your last comment. I consider the Active speakers and Digital Preamp fixed. I will not change them. I would consider mods on SB3 to reduce jitter.
