If none of the listeners could hear a difference they would score 50%
overall by blind chance. Any score more than 50% would indicate that
*some* of the listeners could hear a difference.

But the score was 50%, no more no less. With such a large sample the
conclusion is inevitable...and, more to the point, it *feels
uncomfortable*.

Could you consider the possibility that your perceptions on CD vs SACD
are based more on mental than sonic factors?
