I wish that I had known this, before I auditioned so many studio
monitors in hope of eliminating my amp. As you say, good audiophile
speaker/amp combos are so much better for home listening! Although I
stopped auditioning studio monitors at the approx. $4000 range, perhaps
the more expensive ones are much better...
