dizzysnakepilot ??,hope you are starting to enjoy your Transporter now....the weakest link in your audio chain(IMHO) is your Kollektor pre. i've had the Kairn with Brilliant psu pre and it was a very good preamp. i only use Flac format and 24/96khz files are superb. i ditched my Kairn,Lk280's and Ikemi and replaced them with the Transporter/Bonnec Timpano pre/Akurate C4200. in SqueezeCentre i have the audio at full output and control the audio level via the preamp.
