I've been running quite a few Linn and HDTracks 24/96 files, and never had problems till very recently. After seeing this post, I found that (at least) one recent purchase simply needed to be re-compressed at a lower compression level. I used level 3, and everything was great. It was driving me crazy, because I'd just done some system upgrades and thought it was my new hardware.
