Hello and Welcome to the Forum.

NOTE: All testing started with the Touch volume set to zero.

If and only if your Naim amp does not have enough gain so that you can
listen to the Touch at full volume, then using the Touch alone is OK.
If not, before you damage your speakers, find out how high you can
adjust the volume before its to loud and buy the appropriate set of
fixed or variable attenuators for the Touch RCA outs. Many people
prefer using just a Squeezebox, amp, and speakers.
