I think it is clear. Logitech is not a niche player, not a high-end company. It is all about consumers. And for consumers, it gives a lot for their $$$. Every piece of my computer peripheral is from Logitech, I absolutely love them! But, do you really think that audiophiles would buy a DAC from mice company? They will not. 2000$ is problematic price point. It is expensive for average consumer, but cheap for high-end market. Yes, sometimes 5000$ devices sells better. I know these people.. I see now new Transporter for 1300$ or even less on audiogon.
