Hi I have some 24/96 material which when looked at in detail through the "More Info" menu on my Touch shows as "2326 VBR converted to 1411kbps"
My understanding was that redbook CD was 1411kbps..so I would have expected a higher bitrate? Is it my settings maybe..is there downsampling going on? FLAC Flac: Disabled MP3: Disabled PCM: Flac WAV Flac: Disabled MP3: Disabled PCM: Native any ideas? Are my 24/96 files being downsampled for some reason?
