No surprise. Markets charge what people are willing to pay. If their
sales drop off following the price increase, maybe they'll reconsider.


However, the endless reissues for the Beatles, Stones and other acts
fascinate me as I really don't understand. I transferred my original
LPs to digital some years back. Can't say I've listened to either more
than a handful of times in the past 5 years. 

If I'm wistfully trying to recapture my misspent youth, it usually
doesn't take more than a song or two, and I don't find it needs to
sound any different than it did in 1966. ;-)
