Joking aside, I was under the impresion that one of the explaantions profeered for the claimed inferioruity of wireless (as opposed to wired ehternet) was that the decryptiomn put a strain on the processor. I wonder whether it is in fact possible to turn of encryption for messages between SBS and squeezebox. It would seem to be a simple solution for the problem. Why should i care whether my neighbours listen in to my flac stream?
