But then again if the processor has less work to do it's idle loop may generate rf at a higher but more stable frequency which could interact malevolently with some of the 1's or even hurt the feeling of a few 0's as opposed to the more generally random noise that permeates the ionosphere when the procesor has some decrypting work to do. And as for the blackness of the background, well, that is anyone's guess.
