That's an interesting point Meridian and by extension Bob Stuart has never liked DSD they have always supported PCM and that makes sense ( I do get your joke :) ) SACD and DSD is in essence just incompatible with all kinds of audio processing , and just there to protect the disc by obfuscation and it worked for decades .
