The fact of the matter is that gliding (except self launchers) requires a team of people to operate, unlike powered flight. It would not be cost effective. It doesn’t have to be sheep stations. Compensate the instructors for their expenses - getting to the field, memberships, let alone their experience. You don’t have to do it for anyone else
