Hmmm.

The ERSA also provides LAT and LONG of the airfield, not just the ELEV
value.

Surely it would be logical to presume the ERSA specified LAT and LONG are
actually the LAT and LONG of the Aerodrome Reference Point - i.e. That its
position is in fact very precisely defined by the very same ERSA entry?

(Then again, presuming logic in such things can be a dangerous sport :) )
