That's true (I'd forgotten). Ultralight are exempt also (actually RAA won't give out their register so Avdata can't charge). Have landed both G109 and Jabiru/Sportstar at Parafield and never seen a charge yet. It doesn't stop Avdata from slipping out the odd bill occasionally though.
