I fetched the source tree posh_0.12.6.tar.xz from Debian.

md5sum posh_0.12.6.tar.xz
7f8ba439620ea64cc37c32b2255b27c9 posh_0.12.6.tar.xz

The newest file in that tar archive is:

  23566 -rwxr-xr-x 0/0 Feb 14 18:57 2016 posh/depcomp

There was just a problem with creating the file "siglist.out"
as the given Makefile is broken, so I gessed how to create the file and did it
manually.

The rest was just a vanilla make call.
