Andrew, you've already got Developer rights on the OOo project... so
in theory, I think you should have write access to the directory.
TJ and Nino, I've bumped your rights on the OOoDoc project pages to
Developer so you guys should have read/write access as well.... anyone
else need write access?

OK, I uploaded version 0.0.2 with updated German translations. I also
uploaded the full source directory (as a zip, which is not ideal, but,
it works).
