Third argument is in the publisher name, not the display name.
I think the string "OOo Documentation WIKI Cleanup" stands for a kind of
a name here, and should not be translated therefore.
But as said, I'd like to see where this string appears in the working
extension, and then decide.
If you open the extension manager, this is the text that is displayed to
identify the installed extension.
