Yes please.  I'd agree with most of the opinions posted previously.

Number of Jars
==============

Pete has a point.  Maybe, given that we're advanced ANT users, we could build multiple 
targets for
distribution :

   * Avalon binaries in a single jar
   * Avalon, Phoenix binaries in a single jar
   * Avalon, phoenix and cornerstone binaries in a single jar (useful for an out of 
the box demo).

   * ( all the existing assortment of downloadables )

Maybe those jars could be executable and self extracting?  There is a quite a few nice
possibilities here for ease of installation and upgrade.
