I'm using a Skybox6 with a camera focus of 80. If I go lower with the focus the objects on my scene get too much focal distortion but the skybox looks extremely low-res with a focus of 80. See this scene: http://files.hexagonstar.com/?view=./test/StarSystem.swf
With a focus of 50 the skybox would look better but the planets distort too much when close to the camera. Also using a higher resolution image for the skybox didn't help much. So I'm wondering if anyone has any tricks up their sleeve to make such a scene look better or what are the 'best practices' when using skyboxes? I'm pretty noob with Away3D.
