I tried adding a delay after the scene was loaded before setting up the
Physics engine, but the same error is occuring. Even adding a big delay of
9s didn't help... hmmm, will have to stick with AWD files for now...

One thing AWD doesn't handle well is duplicated models - for instance if I
have 2 buildings and each share the same material map image - the OBJ file
recognises this and uses 1 image for both buildings. AWD format duplicates
our the material map, so now I have to manage 1 image for each building. I
guess this is because of PreFab texture baking capabilities, but is there
anyway to prevent this?
