Would you object even if changes are incremental and don't affect existing use cases / scenarios? Specifically, in a non-osgi environment existing functionality is kept as-is? As saminda mentions, the idea is to add a few OSGi Activators, make changes to META-INF, make some changes to existing code to make things fit better...At least that's my view point on which we can make progress.
