Of course ***Off*** :-) else AxKit will transform the page everytime still maybe you want that!!!! Also take sure that you ***don't*** have:

------------------8<------------------
AxAddPlugin Apache::AxKit::Plugin::QueryStringCache
------------------8<------------------

This opens your AxKit-Server for DOS-attacks. Please also note that you need this module if you are transforming things differently depending on a query-string-part of the URI.

Then set
------------------8<------------------
AxDebugLevel 0
------------------8<------------------

Take sure that you've tested everything on your test server with this settings. Moreover its wise to use "AxNoCache Off" until the development stages, AxKit is wise enough to detect if your stylesheet, xml-docs, ... have modified and recreate output from scratch.

Lo all,

Should AxNoCache be on or off for a production server?
While I'm at it, what other settings make for a fast production server?
