You should take note of the godparents. They appear to be related and may help you later on. It says Padrinhos are: Fco (Francisco) Lemos and Barbara Garsia mulher de Antonio Duarte todos desta fraguesia. Antonio Duarte is probably the brother of Lazaro Duarte or related in some other way.
