If you are 3C1R on paper, yes, a 55 cM block does support that.

X matches need to be 10 cM or more. Otherwise, it's too far back. You share
5.3 cMs with Pat on the X. So don't bother trying to figure that one out.

You need get Pat's lineage into your tree and upload a new Gedcom to FTDNA.
Link Pat. Although the Parental Matching only goes to 3C right now, you'll
have the 3C1R there ready to go when they expand the Parental Matching
beyond the 3C level.
