LusaWeb has notas historical caldera on the web site. I believe you can see the data in either English or Portuguese. I have read parts of the English version, If you do not understand Portuguese, it can become a hard read. I.e., Norte Pequeno become small north, Dias becomes days, etc. However, I could not find the index of the victims from Calheta earthquake that Rosemarie mention in a previous email. The closet hardcopy of the book to me is at U of C, Berkeley, the next closet is U of Indiana, the balance is the east coast according to worldcat.
