Please go back and reread the previous response from me about the Gedcom.

If I'm browsing my Family Finder Matches, I'm going to click on the people
who have trees (names and pictures are blocked out for privacy):

Five out of 7 have trees. I'd start with those 5 and see what I can find
out. The 2 without trees I'd pass up or maybe come back to later. So by not
having a tree, your matches are ignoring you. This isn't just me. It the
way people work their matches. Those who have trees get more contact and
responses than those without.
