Not sure what sort of feeds you meaning, but we at geograph.org.uk publish this feed:
http://www.geograph.org.uk/feed/recent.geophotorss which is a feed of recently submitted images, this is using the little adopted PhotoRSS from http://www.pheed.com/pheed/ quite simply because couldnt find anything better at the time the feed was created.
